We Know Safari Problems

Every time I open my Safari browser or Chrome my home page is replaced with “We Know” search engine. It got past my virus protection and I can’t get it to go away. I’ve tried deleting both apps running a virus scan and removing anything that comes up quarantine and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

You have adware/malware installed. Use  Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac. It may be necessary to run more than one scan. After scanning a couple of times, restart the computer and test. If necessary, follow the manual instructions.  Do not download any other programs.   Malwarebytes uninstall
