cannot submit web form using Safari

The web sign-up form on our community website does not work with Safari (no issue with Firefox or Chrome). The site is built using Weebly. I thought it was because our SSL certificate was not enabled, so I had Weebly enable that last night but the SUBMIT button does nothing when pushed.

I get no confirmation, and the form is not being submitted, since I checked from the back end. Any idea on why this won't work in Safari. We have tried from three different computers and also from an iPhone -- not working.

Thanks.

Hi majorhancock,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I see that you’re unable to use a particular website on multiple devices. Here are some Apple Support guides that I think will be helpful for your Mac:

  1. If Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing
  2. If you can’t open a website in Safari on Mac
  3. If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend contacting the web developer for further assistance since this sounds isolated to that website.

Take care.
