Delete app from Apple account 2019 ?

You cannot delete anything in your purchase history with the App Store (which has nothing to do with iCloud, which is Apple’s personal cloud based storage service). You can hide apps however - see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201322. But there is no means of deleting individual items in your Apple App or iTunes purchase history.

It has never been possible to do anything but hide apps in your purchase history. Consumer law prevents Apple from allowing that option, since the software licenses you’ve paid for are issued by third party developers. It has always been that way, since the online App, iTunes and iBook stores went live.

You can request Apple delete an AppleID, which in turn deletes all purchases and data associated with the AppleID. But other than total deletion of an AppleID, your AppleID transaction history is permanent and cannot be edited selectively.

On your computer go to your iCloud and click storage. You can scroll through the apps you have every purchased/downloaded and it should say "Delete documents and data" I'll add a few pictures, hopefully they help.

I would try going to your iCloud and clicking on storage. It should show you all the apps you have. Select one you don't want any more (I mean at ALL) and there should be a button to delete data and documents. It should be removed from your phone and your cloud.
