Shutting off Family Sharing

I am the Family Organizer and I have 3 people in my "Family". My credit card is on file to pay for Apple Music. I do not want my family to have access to it though, how can I shut off Family Sharing? It is asking them for my CVV when purchasing a free app.

How can I remove family share purchasing but keep family sharing for music I have a Family Share account set up. I want to continue to share music however I do not want the family to have access to purchases on my credit card. How do I restrict this feature. Thanks
