My phone is acting really weird

When I first got my phone I already couldn’t use the front camera, which is already weird, but lately weirder things have been happening. I can’t call/FaceTime anyone without it failing, even when I have WiFi. The videos I take on my phone don’t have sound anymore. My old videos do. And today, which for me is the last straw, I can’t text without the message failing. The problem is not WiFi! I’m not sure why this is happening. Please help me.

(also, if this is a problem that can’t be fixed, would apple take this phone and let me get a new one that is the same, an iPhone 7?)

iPhone 7, iOS 12

You should probably get that checked out here: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple. Depending on where (as in from Apple vs a third party like eBay in which case chances are they will not replace it) and when you got the phone, they may replace it if it is a defective unit. If you bought the phone from Apple within the last year and it is indeed a defective unit, they will replace it. Read more about the warranty here: Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty. You can also check if you still have warranty coverage here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support.
