Voice Memos Won't Work

I recently recorded a 1 hr and 16 minute long voice recording and I haven't been able to play it. It would stay on play for a long time, but wouldn't play anything.

I thought it was because I didn't have enough storage, but I ended up deleting a lot of it and it still didn't working. I even tried updating, but again it didn't work. I even tried restarting my phone, but again didn't work. I don't think it could be length, because I recently recorded a video that was an hour long and it rendered just fine within a few seconds.

If I could get a response that would be great!
