Anti-reflective coating coming off of my Mac screen

The AR coating is coming off of my mac screen and ruining it. I use my laptop EVERYDAY anI've taken great care of it, yet there's nothing I can do to stop this from happening and there's nothing Apple can do about it??? This is NOT right. There was no warning about this happening to the screen when I bought my laptop but I still have to either deal with it or pay a boat load of money to get the screen fixed.... That's not right. I need some answers.
