New Apple ID

I would like to open a NEW Business Apple ID separate from my personal Apple ID. Is that permissible?

I've been using a personal apple ID for my business (using our business email, address and phone number) I am looking to get iPhones for my employees and as I researched how to program them I learned I need to have a Business Apple ID in order to create Managed IDs. It is. If you want to be able to share purchases between the 2 IDs, try setting up Family Sharing.
