Unable to Redownload iTunes Store Purchases
When I go to download a purchased song from the iTunes Store, I get an error message that reads, "There was a problem downloading 'Song'. An unknown error occurred (-42110). Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again."
I have an active connection, and I am using the latest version of iTunes available---12.9.4.104 for Windows 10 (64-bit) from the Microsoft Store. I also experienced this same issue with the version from Apple Software Update (originally from the website.) How can I fix this? I made the purchases on my iPhone 7, but I want to download the songs to my authorized PC for playback and syncing.
