Control Surface bizarre

I've got problems with Logic Pro X (v.10.2.4) and my brand new mixer-controller Allen & Heat Qu-24.. The 3 Mackies control Logic surface that I create works perfectly, also if I quit Logic and reopen it... all works well until I shut down Imac... When I reopen it and launch Logic The Mackie control logic are all offline and no way to rest the online (the Daw control software A&H is always open). Is it a bug or what? An how to solve it without doing an upgrade? (I work with Yosemite system ad 10.2.4 is the last Logic version for it)

This is a user only Forum, Apple doesn't come here.. and someone would have to have your configuration to replicate and troubleshoot the problem.

What I can suggest, which you may have already done... setup a template with everything set and working, select the template to load when starting Logic. Also, try opening the A&H software (so it's visible) before booting Logic

Well, I had a control surface once, had very similar problems, got rid, life is so much better (for me anyway) with just the computer keyboard and magic track pad.

Hope you get it sorted.
