Use Emergency SOS on your iPhone - Apple Support

The Emergency SOS was used. This can happen if the side button is clicked five times. If you're located in India, an emergency SOS call is initiated if you triple-click the side button. Here's more information about how that feature works.

Turn off Call with Side Button, you can do that from Settings > Emergency SOS.

Read this to help you. I should worry too much about it. I done it myself when it wasn’t an emergency. I had to let them know this I case it will be next time
