Need some help, my iPhone has been acting weird and I do t know what to do. For example it seems like everyday settings on my iPhone seem to change without my permission.

Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset.
ok, thank you I will try. Oh, another thing I noticed is that I don’t have a backup option menu and I’m unable to access my user I.D

You are welcome. By user ID, do you mean Apple ID? Don't do the factory reset until the ID problem is fixed.
Why can't you access the ID? What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
