iCloud and messagss

Whenever I text from my computer and phone, it says I am texting from my iCloud email rather than my phone number. I also have stopped receiving every text message, sometimes they don’t show up. I sometimes only get messages on my computer, or just on my phone. They aren’t connected and I want it to say I’m texting from my phone number not iCloud

This explains how to use your iPhone telephone number with your Mac or other Apple devices - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201349

To make sure your messages are on all your devices the simplest thing is set each device to keep messages forever, and then enable messages in iCloud in each device’s iCloud account settings. Then iCloud will sync all messages to all devices.
