Random lines/glitches on right side of display (LG 38UC99-W) when moving windows around or scrolling through text.

Random lines on right side of display when moving windows and scrolling through text on my 2013 mac pro running Mojave does not happen in Bootcamp also not present on other pc’s connected. Dual D500’s. LG 38UC99 monitor connected via mini-dp 3840x1600 native. I’ve tried different cables, different resolutions, and different connections hdmi and DisplayPort. It only happens in Mojave I thought it was my monitor at first. It might be bandwith issue or display driver in Mojave.
