can't send emails from mac

I can no longer send emails from my mac desktop. no problems sending on my iPhone or laptop.how can i fix this?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.14

i have internet connection

what should outgoing server settings be? I have not changed anything so why did it stop allowing me to send emails?

Outgoing server settings depends on your e-mail provider.

You can delete the account and set it up again.
