my order got returned what do i do?

i recently ordered air pods , but when i clicked on track shipment UPS says that my package is returned to sender , but on the apple website it still says my order is being shipped.

My package never arrived I ordered a pair of air pods about a month ago and I never received the package. UPS tried to deliver it to me 4 times, but they claimed I was never home even though I was. They sent it back and they say it was delivered to some place in Tennessee. Now, I'm being charged for it. What should I do?
