iPhone 7 Noisy Vibrate and 'boing' when you press home button

Hi,

My iPhone 7 has developed a very loud vibrate, and also a slightly noisy home button press.

I've checked all the vibrate and home button settings and it makes no difference.

Is it broken? Very annoying for a phone just a year or so old.
