I wrote my journal of travel including photos, in the notes app on my iPhone thinking I would be able to transfer onto USB stick when I got home. I cannot work out how to do this. Can anyone help as I am going travelling again in couple weeks so would like to use Notes app again - so convenient.

I think that if you sign into iCloud on a computer and download those files onto your local hard drive, from your them you can put them on your USB stick. (Or you can probably drag them directly from iCloud onto the USB icon.)
If you're not able to drag the files to the USB or download them, then I'm not sure. If you had to you could copy/paste the actual text onto a new document in the USB.
Thanks for your quick response Logan930. My files are already on my AppleMac laptop but when USB plugged in, it doesn't give me option to transfer/copy notes file - only document and photos files. Is there any other way I can keep a journal on my iPhone XR this trip with photos that I will e able to take off after I get home?
Ok Thanks Logan 930, I think I will have to try and copy/paste then reinsert photos. Will try and find 6hrs somewhere!! LOL. Many thanks for your responses
