Watch Dead and Not Charging

I have only had my watch for a few months. I have had issues with it charging once before but did the force restart and then it charged no problem.

This time around, it is completely dead and will not charge. I did the research and did the force restart and the apple icon turns on and then immediately shuts off because well its dead. I left it at home while i was at work and came home and it is still dead on the charger.
