i top up in my mobile game and my last top up say cannot be purchase can you help me sir/mam?

Have you tried make in-app purchase from another app?


Have you asked your bank if the card you're using has an international block? (most common issue)


Have you verified your account doesn't have any pending charge?

settings>> [yourname]>> iTunes & App Store>> tap on Apple ID>> view Apple ID>> scroll down and pick up purchase history.


Reset network settings


settings>> general>> reset>> reset network settings


are you connected to a private network connection with WPA2 WPA security?
