I never wear my watch to sleep. Are the calories burned keeping alive during the night included on my watch when I look at totals for the day? Or just the ones while wearing the watch?

I don’t think you understood me. When I had a FitBit and put it on first thing in the morning, a certain number of calories would already be on it to reflect the amount I probably burned during the night sleeping. My watch shows 0 in the morning for calories burned, as it resets itself at midnight and I have not been wearing it all night. So, once I put it on for the day, at the end of that day will it have taken into account those calories used sleeping or only the ones while actually wearing the watch during the day? Thank you.
