Xcode not able to connect iphone via usb cable

Serious problem appears in my XCode project using iPhone for testing. I don't see in "Xcode Devices" connected iPhone via usb cable. Connected iPhone  is  also not known to iTunes, MobileDevices, iPhoto.

I am running Mojave 10.14.4, Xcode 10.2.1, iphone xs ios 12.2. iPhone is connected on usb port:

iPhone:

Product ID: 0x12a8

Vendor ID: 0x05ac (Apple Inc.)

Version: 11.02

Serial Number: 00008020000E681C2E32002E

Speed: Up to 480Mb/sec

Manufacturer: Apple Inc.

Location ID: 0x14400000 / 3

Current Available (mA): 500

Current Required (mA): 500

Extra Operating Current (mA): 1600

Sleep current (mA): 2100

As I am not able to continue in my project because there is no way (I suppose) how to load ios app to iphone for team beta testing, I consider this problem as very serious!

Can some good soul shed light on this problem as I noticed similar specification of problems since 2013. But no advice was usefull in my situation.
