Hello. Why are they trying to charge money for Apple Music from my card if I bought 3 months for the price of 1 last month, because they offered me this discount? I don’t understand

Who offered you the discount? Apple don't usually do this. If you got it through another firm - perhaps your mobile service provider - you need to take it up with them.
