Follow suggestions from community post from 2018 but it doesn’t work. The backup option of going to usage and deleting update isn’t an option. Have iPhone7 with iOS 12.2 and series 4 watch.

Yes, I have followed these steps. The phone give the message not connected to Internet when I choose to run the update.
