Hi,
I have a Series 4 Apple Watch running WatchOS 5.2 and my iPhone 8 is running 12.2; so both are on latest software.
The ECG app still isn’t appearing on my watch despite it being released a few months ago now.
I’ve been on Heath app to try and set it up and there’s no prompts to set it up on either the watch of the phone.
Any one have any ideas how I can set it up?

Correct. Both the Watch and iPhone must be from a region that has approved the ECG app. Since the Watch is from Australia and they haven’t approved it, it won’t work.
Australia is not on the list, so no the Watch will not support the feature until the country does.
I live in the UK, my phone was bought in here but my watch was bought in Australia. Is that likely the reason it’s not featuring then?
