ECG App not showing on my Apple Watch SE.

I can’t set up ecg app on Apple phone. The icon shown in Apple instructions doesn’t show up when I tap health.

ECG no longer working on my Apple Watch series 4 The ECG app on my Apple Watch 4 no longer works. It's acting like I never set it up, but I have been using it a long time. I open Health on my iPhone, as instructed, but it does not give me the chance to activate the ECG app on my watch. Is this a bug with an OS update? ECG App not working with Series 7 watch and iPhone 13 mini The ECG app will not complete setup on iPhone 13 mini. When I click on the ECG app on the Series 7 watch I receive a message that says to complete the setup in in the Health App. When I open the ECG app within the Health app on the iPhone 13 mini there is no ability to complete a setup. I have rebooted both devices; have reset the settings in the iPhone, but nothing solves the issue. All software downloads are current in both devices. Thanks in advance for any help.
