I'm trying to login to an app that uses a separate passcode, but when I enter it, I get a pop-up that says "Please enable your passcode - you cant use this feature until you enable passcode on your device." Any ideas?
iPhone SE, iOS 12
Thanks - it's the Ally bank app. Uninstall/reinstall seemed to knock it out of whatever issue it was having.
Do you have a screen lock passcode on your phone?
A bug of the specific app?
Reinstall it and address this issue to the developers of this app.
