Are you using Apple Pay Cash already? To using instant transfer you need a Visa debit. I would contact your bank to see if they offer that option. If you are not using Apple Pay Cash already, you must be over 18 and live in the USA. As far as switching banks, you will have to find a bank you want to switch to and ask them how to join.
