My Ipad pro 10.5 is in a loop. It goes from a white screen with the Black apple logo to a black screen. It does this every 10 seconds util it completely drains the battery. There appears to be severla reboot options and I assume the correct one for this model is pressing Volume up, then pressing Volume down Then pressing the power button. Have tried this and it does not work.

To perform a "soft" reset of the 10.5" iPad Pro, you would press and hold the sleep/wake button while pressing and holding the Home button. When you see the Apple logo appear, release both buttons.
Then make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide with your option.

Took it to a Apple Store Today. Second Apple Product and probably my last. One would expect after owning such a expensive product for about two years for them to tell you it is unfixable and to just purchase another one is not my idea of customer service. But I had heard Apple views their products as disposable so I probably should not have been suprised.

I would recommend that you plug your iPad Pro into a computer with iTunes installed on it. Then follow these instructions. After you have done that, an iTunes screen should show that your iPad Pro is in Recovery Mode. From there, press the option to reset your iPad Pro. While this option will erase your iPad Pro, it should make your iPad functional again.
