Ipad 10.5 Pro Loop

My Ipad pro 10.5 is in a loop. It goes from a white screen with the Black apple logo to a black screen. It does this every 10 seconds util it completely drains the battery. There appears to be severla reboot options and I assume the correct one for this model is pressing Volume up, then pressing Volume down Then pressing the power button. Have tried this and it does not work.

Hello Golfer1703,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that your Mac is going from a white screen with black Apple logo to a black screen and repeats this over and over again. In a situation where you Mac is not starting up as expected the steps from the following article may help:

Hi Golfer1703!

I would recommend that you plug your iPad Pro into a computer with iTunes installed on it. Then follow these instructions. After you have done that, an iTunes screen should show that your iPad Pro is in Recovery Mode. From there, press the option to reset your iPad Pro. While this option will erase your iPad Pro, it should make your iPad functional again.

Hope this helps!
