My phone is stolen

Hey So before a week my phone got stolen and in this phone there wasn’t any more storage it was full so most of my important pictures and videos didn’t have the backup for it so and I got a new I phone so I was wondering if I can get these pictures and videos back I need them so much hope you will help me

If you were syncing photos using iCloud, go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, sign in with the same Apple ID, and turn Photos syncing on. Allow plenty of time for the sync to complete. If you weren't syncing with iCloud, restore from your backup.


Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore.
