Hello I have iPhone 5 and I can not download anything in this device many apps requires iOS 11 and later why iOS 11 or later iphone5 cannot upgrade to iOS 11 so what can we do if we have iPhone 5 Please solve this issue

The iPhone 5 has a 32-bit CPU. iOS 10.3.3 is the latest that can run in 32 bits. Also some apps require authentication, either via fingerprint or FaceID. That is not available on the iPhone 5.
If you want to use apps that won't work on your phone, you need to get a newer phone.
