Backing up iCloud w.o photos

I have a question if I click on the disable and delete buttons for managing storage on my iCloud for my

photos besides my photos and videos being deleted in 30 days ((if I do click the button)) will all my

photos delete from my iCloud storage only or will they also delete from my phone gallery photos?

It will depend on your Settings for iCloud Photos. If "Optimize Storage" is enabled, many of your photos will only be mirrored as a smaller, optimized version on your iPhone. These optimized photos will be deleted from your iPhone, if you use "Disable and delete".

Do not click "Disable and delete" if you are not sure, if all photos have been downloaded to to iPhone in the full resolution.

To download your photos and videos on your iOS device, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos and select Download and Keep Originals. Wait, until all photos are on your iPhone, before you disable iCloud.
