How do I Watch mp4 movies connecting my usb through the adapter on IPad Pro

Hi I just bought the apple adapter for the new IPad Pro and i tried to connect my USB and watch MP4 movies through it.

But i am unable to open these movies. As it just takes me to photos .

is there any where I have to go to open the USB and select the movies so I can watch them on my IPad Pro.

Please help.

You can't connect an adapter to watch movies via USB on iPad. You can sync content from your home computer to your iPad, so upload the content to your computer, then sync it via iTunes to your iPad.

If you are asking about USB flash memory drive, commonplace USB flash drives do not work on any iDevices.

You will need to use special, wireless, built-in WiFi hotspot flash drives from makers, like Western Digital, SanDisk, Seagate, Adam electronics and Kingston, along with using their respective iOS apps to access the features of the drives, like using their iOS app for streaming video/movies from the wireless drive to your iPad.
