Can't connect to internet on disabled ipad( It's saying connect to itunes
My ipad can't restore because I can't connect to the internet due to my ipad being disabled. So can you please help on what to do?

If your iPad is disabled, you need to erase/restore using the latest version of iTunes (v12.9.x) on your home computer, by following the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
