Accessing email

We have family sharing set up, so my kids have iCloud email addresses. How do I set up their iPads to be able to use these email addresses? I cannot seem to sort the settings out. Thanks.

Family sharing - Need to add an additional email account to childs email. Hi The standard email app is populated with the icloud email. Is it possible to add multiple emails to this app the same as when the phone is used in a non Family Sharing restricted manner. If so please point me in the right direction. (Parent phone is an 8 running iOS 12.4.1 child's phone is an 6S Plus running iOS 12.1.1 Cheers in advance

Okay. I think I have partially figured it out. Looks like if I turn off “Content & Restrictions” within screen time settings I can then set up email. However, that negates the purpose of having those settings. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
