Software license after migration to new laptop

I have bought a new laptop and ran the migration assistant to cop the data from my time machine backup.

All the data and software are copied but I am facing issue with the licensing of these software.

I am wondering if migration assistant is not configured to copy the license of each software.

for example I am using third party software for NTFS drives:

You need to re-enter license information for 3rd-party software because MA does not transfer anything that is stored in the Library or System folders other than system preferences. MA does not have information on where such files are located, so you need to transfer them manually if the data are stored in files. Here is a possibly helpful article: Setting up a new (or repurposed) Mac- 3 Manual migration.
