I cannot find my device management/profiles

Profiles would be located in Settings>General, if you have any on the device. Unless you had profiles installed on the phone, or it is being managed by your employer, you would not see anything there.

Is your iPhone owned and/or governed by a school, employer, or similar?

If not, if you own your iPhone outright, and if you're not using beta software, then there are no device management or profiles.
