Error code -3403D
I was able to install 10.13.6, but now things have gone horribly wrong: slow and unresponsive. Hardware test won’t load, have this error code: -3403D and cant run the tests :(

A guess: redo the install but check at apple Support downloads and see if there is a firmware update path you should do FIRST.
