apple music says for some songs off of albums that they are not available in my region! on the iphone btw! anyone have a fix?

There is no fix until the music is licensed for your region.
- Your Apple Music subscription is regional, by being linked to your Apple ID and its billing address.
- The Apple Music catalog has regional differences.
- It is up to the artists and their representation to say in which regions their content will be available.
