AppleZtV and COX CABLE WIFI........?..

At a rented condo..they have cox cable and a Sony TV...Cox is internet supplier too..

i connected my appleTV to hdmi 4...set up WiFi. All works...

but cannot connect to NetFlick or Amazon Prime

tried to mirror and mirror works but the minute I try to mirror a net flick or any other it just does not connect

are they blocking me? Any way around this?

Mirroring content from iPad to Apple TV not working but MacBook to TV works fine. I use a VPN to watch content from abroad. It works well when watching it on my iPad and MacBook. I can mirror the Content from my MacBook to the TV through my AppleTV box. It works well for video and sound. When I play the exact same content on my iPad and then try to AirPlay/mirror the content to the TV it fails. I get the message that the content is playing on my tv but it’s just a blank screen ( same blank screen on my iPad) All software is up to date. All devices are compatible with AirPlay and Mirroring. Both iPad and MacBook are on the same network etc. This is driving me nuts.

apple tv does mirroring but won't play video. apple tv able to mirror iphone but it won't start playing video. it keeps on buffeting. need help I changed my modem. but I signed in to the new network and is confirmed with apple TV device.

Netflix doesn’t support AirPlay anymore, so you can’t mirror that.
