My watch has a black background with a small grey circle with three dots inside the circle. Under the circle is the word Manage

I cant do anything with the watch.

What do I need to do when all the watch shows is a bubble with three dots and the word manage underneath? What do I need to do to get my Apple Watch to work? When I took it off last night and put it on the charger, the screen showed a circle with three dots and underneath the word manage. I could not get it to do anything last night and this morning after charging all night it still shows the same thing.

I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill rhe Apple logo appears. Also Check your Watch is updated to 5.2 and your iphone is running ios 12.2
