why there is no privacy in the control centre ?

What do you mean for "privacy"?

I mean that it will be helpful to have a shortcut for Location Services. I don’t keep it on , only when I need it and then it’s hard to access it. All the time I need it , I have to go in settings, privacy and the location Services and turn it on or off.
What kind of privacy are you looking for? Which of the feature needs protection?
