iPad Pro 2018 - Wont turn on

My iPad won't turn on. I had clean the connector, use different connect and chargers, and held 'home and turn button" several times and there isn't response. The device acts as if the battery is dead. I watched several You Tube video and followed the instructions but the device don't response.
