At least three albums that I at one time paid full price to purchase are now incomplete in my iTunes library. In my music it doesn’t even show the missing songs but the albums are complete in iTunes. How can I get the full album again?

If you've deleted the tracks see if you can redownload them : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
If they don't show check to see if you've hidden them : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
