Blocking Gifs from messages

I have seen plenty of old posts from 2016-2017 asking about how to remove or block Gifs from the message feature on iPhones. There is plenty of inappropriate content easily and innocently viewable. Kids with phones should not have easy access to them. Even with full parental controls, no explicit content, no access to internet, etc- there is still the ability to see inappropriate content via the GIf messages feature. How can I delete it from a family phone?!
