Block mature images in imessage

My young teenage son is able to access mature images in messages. How can I block them?

Is there a way to block the iMessage App Store? Is there a way to block or disable the iMessage App Store? My son is able to access immodest images from magazines that he can access through the App Store in iMessage. I know I can hide it, but I want to block or disable it,

No option to remove photo data from imessages? I know there are options to disable all photo info when sharing directly from the photo app, but are there any options to remove data if we're sharing directly from the iMessage app? thanks

Use screentime and just turn on Content and Privacy Restrictions and adjust the settings in there.
