Hello. There are scratches on the apple watch s4 glass, is it possible to polish the glass with a polishing machine?

Given that Apple tells you never to clean glass surfaces with anything more than a soft cloth I would say definitely not.

I don't know how touchscreens work but there's likely invisible features that your polisher would grind off, causing complete failure.
