Iphone 6 issues

Have an iphone 6, has flickering screen, wifi does work then doesnt even when next to router, i have to lock then unlock to get it to work. Feeling this is a software issue

What do i do to get this issue resolved

Why is my new brand iPhone 11 glitching? Hello I got a new brand iPhone 11 from a network operator in my country. But when I started using my phone the same day it started glitching (Look at the pictures), I tried everything, hard reset, removing the true tone, force restart, everything, I even gave my phone for repair (two times) but the first time they said that it's software problem, the second time they did nothing.
