workspace services

Hi,

I am experiencing issues with enrolling a particular iPad onto our corporate MDM system (VMWare Airwatch).

As part of the MDM enrolment on the device, an enrolment challenge profile is downloaded for installation through the iPad's workspace services setting. The profile downloaded but will not install, every time i try to install it the message 'Profile installation failed - invalid profile' message is displayed/ Due to this the device cannot be enrolled.

The issue is only present on this single device and occurs no mater the account on the device -

I have tried multiple user/Apple ID/Active directory accounts all of which successfully enrol on other devices.

The device software is up to date on iOS 12.2 i have factory restored it multiple times and also restored it through iTunes. I have checked and the device is not currently/already enrolled on our MDM system.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
