Is there any way I can download / export my iPhone's call history (including whatsapp, facetime and carrier calls) without using a third party app? Also, is it possible to download the call history with a specific contact? I need a detailed call history for legal purposes.

Thanks for the suggestion, I got that from google as well.
I'm just a bit frustrated as all of those 3rd party apps will charge for downloading longer call history threads, some of them only let you download 5 calls, which is kind of useless. I thought I would be able to download my calls history from iCloud or iTunes Restores... it is 'my own information' after all, and I don't really agree with having to pay to download it...

Thanks, but I don't believe the carrier will include Whatsapp or Face time calls will it? I imagine this would just be stated as data usage instead, and I need proof of Whatsapp and FaceTime calls, just like displayed on the iPhone Call History. Any ideas?

You carrier (Cellular Service Provider) must sending you detail call records along with monthly bill. If not, demand for it.
You can't get that information without a 3rd party app. The app TouchCopy (Mac & Windows) or PhoneView (Mac only) should be able to provide the information you need.
